"Great price and room, awesome location and love the skywalk to get around in the cold! The room was clean and nice, loved the big bed and the bathroom had all the things you needed no need to travel with shampoo, body wash, or hair dryer if you don’t need to/don’t have a preference! "

"The location, in the Grandview Yard, was terrific. The Hyatt is in a walkable area with several good places to eat (Dim Sum Asian Bistro, Past Times Pub). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive-scrambled/hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh cut up and whole fruit, bagels, toast, tortillas, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff (Saundra & James) were friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping people. It's a great place to stay; we will return."

"The staff was GREAT! The room was clean, large, quite, and the beds were very comfortable.
Also, the neighborhood was just where we wanted to be. Lovely!

"No hot water in our room it was luke warm for the shower. Alex at the front desk was fantastic and gave a great check in experience and awesome food recommendations."
