Best Western Continental Pau
large spacious room with very large bathroom. Good fridge in room. Excellent receptionists. Secure garage parking. Location perfect for city center. One way street system makes it difficult to find but it is on a corner and the garage three doors along. Phone and get the entry code in advance. Hotel decor a bit faded and no air-con.

Good value but hot in summer
The room was very spacious with a Juliet balcony but as we didn’t have air conditioning we needed to open the doors to let in some fresh air. Downside was the noise as quite central. I wouldn’t recommend in summer as just too hot and potentially noisy if you open windows. Car parking very easy and a bonus. Breakfast was good. Bathroom nice and quite good value for money for central location but lack of air conditioning is a definite negative in the summer months.

Bien ubicado, limpieza mejorable
El hotel está bien situado, el personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema y lo solucionaron rápidamente. No obstante, le hace falta una actualización, la moqueta de la habitación estaba sucia, lo que daba mal aspecto. Las fotos de la web parecen mejores que la realidad.

Bonjour. Je vous laisse un petit mot dans mon séjour dans cette hôtel. Déjà en arrivant pas de parking, en tout cas c’était marqué dans le site cette disponibilité. Pas de restaurant non plus, en tout cas c’était affiché aussi cette disponibilité sur le site et pour finir la responsable très désagréable. Aucun professionnalisme démontré. Ils visent toujours l’argent coté humain de la part de la responsable ZÉRO!!!! C’est bien dommage tout ça . C’est bien sûr qui je retournerai jamais dans cette hôtel.

Cher Monsieur,Comme nous vous l'avons expliqué à votre arrivée ainsi qu'à votre départ, il est stipulé sur nos sites partenaires que notre garage contient un nombre de places limités et sur demande. Nous vous aurions volontiers réservé une place si vous nous en aviez fait la demande. La réceptionniste vous a indiqué un parking à 50m. à 2 euros la nuit largement compensé par la taxe de séjour et le minibar que vous n'avez pas payés au départ. Bien cordialement - Hôtel Continental

The room had a broken safe, broken chair, dead batteries in the remote control and a general feel of neglect. However the staff were helpful as much as they could be and very friendly.

Très grande chambre qui aurait pu être très belle mais forcément avec une moquette sale… à rafraîchir donc avec une nouvelle cafetière digne de ce nom. Petit déjeuner très bien. Accueil parfait
