Great location if you're wanting to attend an OU football game without the hassle of people and traffic. They were currently being remodeled during my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and apologized for the mess from the remodel.

We have stayed here several times. The staff is friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean. They are undergoing a remodel so it’s a little rough currently in the corridors but the rooms are still intact and clean. Can’t wait to see it once they are done!

Pros: the staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed chatting with them. The king bed was firm, pillows on the smaller side, but there were 5 soft pillows. Not a lot of bedding, but it wasn't cold, either. Cons: the hotel must be under a reno, bc it smelled SO BAD the moment you entered the lobby, and then again when entering the room. And it wasn't a new paint smell either. You get used to it rather quickly. The room looked like it was freshly painted baby blue. No carpets. New walls and counter in bathroom. Oddly placed furniture in the room that you dont expect when returning to bed and its pitch black and your shin is exposed. My son saw a cockroach on the floor. (Don't leave your clothes on the floor!) He waited to tell me after we left cuz I would've freaked out. Overall, I'd give 3.75 stars. I wasn't looking for 5 star quality either. But the smell and the bug brought the score down. The exceptional customer service kept the score up. And everyone needs to renovate now and then, so that did not affect the score

The property was very clean and very well maintained. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us carry our luggage up to the second floor. My husband and I were very comfortable and would 100% stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel didn’t even have a sign saying the name or that it was a motel. Had to look for number on the door to verify we were in the right place. Heard train during the night and traffic

A decent place to stay at especially for having a dog in tow and not being overcharged is worth it. Wish there was more to offer for breakfast and the cable didn’t work the entire time during my stay. The internet worked well at least! With in walking distance from two places to eat and super quiet.

We stayed 2 nights. First night was good. Second night it sounded like somebody was having a party out IN THE HALLWAY. Slamming doors, LOUD talking, etc. The bed was very comfortable however. Better than most I've stayed in.

The room appeared clean but the bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet was old, I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet. The breakfast in the morning was very poor, coffee machine didn’t work, black stuff floating in the juice and waffle maker didn’t work well. The staff was friendly though.
