The yard is full of scrap metal and broken equipment—significant hazards for children despite host claims to "ignore" them.Host Misconduct: Management solicited payments via Zelle (documented in VRBO chat). After I requested a cleaning refund, the host retaliated with false pet damage claims; the property has no carpet, making their claims demonstrably fraudulent.Traveler Tip: Take dated photos of all rooms and appliances immediately upon arrival to protect against retaliatory damage claims. This unit does not match the listing photos and is poorly maintained."
