“Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in bester Lage. Ich habe sogar 2 Nächte verlängert! Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Stadtzentrum Labins entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man kann es auch auf der gemütlichen Terrasse genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.”

Das gesamte Personal war immer herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Buffet bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde noch alles liebevoll aufgefüllt. “I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.”

“The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel. Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. With temperatures reaching 33 degrees, this was quite disappointing for families travelling with kids. We then decided to use the hotel beach area, only to……
