Can't comment on Pearland as we only went to hotel but overall is a convenient stop between IAH and Galveston cruise terminal. Added bonus is Wal-Mart next door and 4 restaurants within walking distance

Clean, just some wear and tear. Front desk and valet guys awesome. But very thin walls, so kinda noisy , plus street traffic annoying. Great bed and sheets. Bathroom towels top notch!!
