「The rooms were a little small but everything else was great. The manager was awesome we really appreciated all the help she gave us」

「Staff were very kind and friendly, room was clean...However, shower curtain was moldy, pool was broken, ice machines were both out of order. Two towels were in our room when we arrived, but every day after that we returned to our room to find one was taken. When we asked for a second, they quickly got one, but it was removed before we could use it the next morning.」

「Dated..overwhelming musty/mold smell in halls..rooms slightly better. Luke warm water. Overall a dirty/grungy feel. Double charged for a room that are still not resolved and refunded. Staff was nice enough—but 💯would not stay again.」

「the room was nice and clean. the staff was great. there is a brewhouse in the looby!! oh and a restaurant.」

「The gentleman at the front desk was friendly when we check in. The next morning we had an issue with a vending machine and they lady at the front desk was not helpful at. She was like in lala land. She was like I don't know.. I just don't know.. We tried to get the supervisor to talk to us and would not get off the phone to come and help us at all. Very disappointed!」

「Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close.」

「The decision to stay at Magpie Inn for our getaway was the absolute best decision we could have made. Everything, and I do mean everything, was the confirmation of our dream to have a restful time together. The location was close to downtown Mineral Wells. We actually just walked to the main street through town. At the Magpie Inn, there was not one thing lacking physically and mentally. The owners, Jeremy and Magen, have such a magical aura about them.
