The check-in process was difficult and stressful, and we experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The rooms did not even have toilet paper. They were not properly cleaned—there was hair everywhere, and the trash bin was still full of garbage left by the previous guests. “Logement très bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied d'à peu près tout. A 2min à pied des transports en commun, avec un petit restaurant très sympa juste devant la porte au cas où. Le logement est propre et très convenable pour un séjour plus ou moins long. L'hôte est très gentil et poli par message. 2 petits soucis: - En communiquant avec l'hôte, il nous a demandé notre horaire d'arrivée. Nous pensions que c'était pour que le logement soit prêt à notre arrivée, mais en fait pas du tout car……

“Good area close to lots of good eats and shopping. Nice place, easy to find and check in was seamless.”

“Accomodation is ok but a loud whistle noise coming from the main reception woke us up at 4am. The fire alarm went off at 4.45 am in the main reception. It was awfully loud. Someone turned it off 10 mins later but it went off 3 more times after. Very bad sleep, practically none existent. Reception said in the morning that someone was smoking in their room, however the alarm was activated at the main reception. Also the fire box in the corridor was smashed. Seems like the place is exposed to a……

“This hotel accepts reservations but doesn’t staff their reception. I arrived at 9pm and the whole thing was shut down. Residents of the building that were entering told me there’s no reception. I had to book a different hotel and I’m struggling to get refunded now.”
