“We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. We had questions about how to get to a favorite peach stand, which our hosts answered quite expertly with detailed directions. Breakfast was supreme, with farm fresh eggs, biscuit dough,……

“Love the stay with family, except the hot tub wasn't available, it was out of order. Kids.were looking forward to it.. also the kitchen was shuts early at 9 despite the kitchen closes at 10pm.. little bit disappointed with that too.. over all its not too bad, we always love it here..”

“The cabin is cute and lighting gives a sense of whimsy, bathroom situation less then desirable - toilet feels as if it’s right next to bed, door to toilet closet would not lock, the shower closet has a weird sulfur / methane smell when shower is going we could not determine if smell was coming from drain or water itself, we did not see a designated parking spot for the cabin we stayed in all the other cabins have a name and designated parking spot, the wifi in the room never worked, each cabin……

“It is a very nice property but one that is only good for a couple to stay or with little kids. Property contracts were nice enough to respond immediately when the AC unit didn’t turn on initially and work. They gave us extra blankets when requested as it got colder in the night. So excellent customer service, communication, clean, cute & cozy property for sure. Definitely did not work for 4 adults to sleep. The loft was too tiny and difficult to crawl for even a teenager. Would be nice to……

“The property location was improperly noted on the Hotels Website, it indicated it was blocks away from DT Fredericksburg and it was 3.4 miles”
