Laura Hills is conveniently situated in the picturesque village of Peyia, yet nestled in a hillside and overlooking the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious and attractive two storey villa with its elegant, comfortable and modern style has been luxuriously furnished, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a gate at the top of the stairs, leading down to pool and pool terraces and sunbeds with thick, ULTRA COMFORTABLE mattresses to enjoy relaxing. Pool area has sun all day, with optional shade provided by parasols.To the front of villa there are mature, natural-looking Mediterranean trees and shrubs, (+ fruit trees). To the side and rear of the villa you find yourself within the wild, partly granite, (= unusual), mountainside of Peyia, roaming goats included! English housekeeping team maintain property to high standard of cleanliness. Although popular with honeymooners due to sheer romance, beauty and privacy of villa, it is also a welcoming home where families and friends can enjoy beauty and solace - and great outdoor living : sea, mountain, garden, pool.
