Coralllia Bay Villa

This is a very good property in an excellent location close to Corallia beach , restaurants and shops . We were a party of 4 adults and an infant just under 2 years old and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa .

Fantastic Villa

We have stayed in quite a few villas but I have to say this one tops the list. Lovely location, quiet but everything within walking distance. Restaurants, Shops and beach on your doorstep. Weather was kind to us so we made good use of the pool. Host was very helpful.

A sunny week in Cyprus

Lovely villa set in a small, quiet development. Spacious garden with lots of sitting areas. Large variety of restaurants, although the main strip was closed when we were there. Very good bus service, and an excellent supermarket nearby.

Beautiful Villa with kindest host's

I could not have asked for more, this villa is one of the nicest villa's we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. The villa is spotless and well looked after. The host Marina could not have done more for us, from the start untill the end. She made sure we had everything we needed, including information about the area. Marina is the most loveliest host and does her very best to make sure we have everything we to have a lovely holiday. We have come home with lots of lovely memories and will definitely be returning.

Great location, lovely villa and very private garden pool area

Lovely villa, very happy with our choice. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, although the sea veiw from the master bedroom is obscured by the trees from neighbouring garden. The pool and garden were fabulous and very happy with how secluded the garden is, very private and no one overlooking. Everything you need is catered for, good location, would definitely book this villa again

Lovely Villa, superb location.

We had a great time at Villa Marina. The check in info was good. The Villa was superb with a really private pool area. Very clean and modern. A home from home. Great location. For those who don’t mind a brisk walk you don’t need a car. Although Maria at Nestor Maria rentals in Coral bay is a very cheap option for those who prefer a 3 minute drive to the Coral Bay Strip. Denise the contact in Cyprus is very accessible and was on hand to advise on an issue we had. We have been to Coral Bay on 6 other occasions and this is the best villa for overall package we have stayed in. We will be back.

Great winter break

We had a great holiday and the villa was just as we had hoped. The welcome pack was very good and helpful as we arrived late in the evening. A nice villa in a great location, very attractive gardens and plenty to enjoy both locally and with the hire car. Mikka was helpful and kept in touch during our visit. It was very helpful to be able to check out early in the afternoon as our flight was not until 21.30, so this made the last day more relaxing.

Lovely Villa

Our stay in Paphos was a last minute booking and we were very lucky to find such a high quality villa at such short notice (this was due to a cancellation). We received great support from Marina during planning and booking and this was duplicated when we arrived by the management team - Elaine and Barry. The villa is tastefully and comfortably decorated and has everything you will need. The pool and gardens are wonderful and very private which is a real bonus. Attractive villa in quiet location near to beach

The villa is in a nice location within easy reach of local amenities and only 5 mins walk to Corallia Beach. The garden has lovely floral hedges which give privacy whilst you are in the pool. We were visited most days by a very friendly cat. In fact we noticed that there were an awful lot of cats on the island. The villa had all the facilities we needed and was in good condition. The owner, Marina was very helpful during the booking process and in the run up to our holiday. We were particularly pleased with welcome pack of bread, cheese, milk, wine etc as we arrived very late in the evening after local supermarkets were closed. There is much to see and do in Cyprus and we are already planning a further visit.

Can we move in?

We loved our stay at Villa Marina. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that well behaved, but we still managed time in and around the pool. Very private pool area. We didn’t have a car this time as we wanted to relax, so if you don’t mind walking, everything is on your doorstep (sort of). Marina - you are one of a kind, have honestly never had such a wonderful host. Andrea is a great addition to your team, always available to help and advise. Wonderful week away

Had a wonderful week in Cyprus, and this villa was just the perfect base. The villa had everything we needed to create an extremely comfortable home-from-home experience, and the location couldn't be better especially with only a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach. Marina was the perfect host, and provided everything you could possibly need in advance, information wise, to make the whole experience from check-in to check-out as stress free as possible. The abundance of balconies and the outside pool/garden space were a particular highlight for us; and I am already missing those chilled morning cups of coffee sat outside in the warmth especially when the UK is so particularly miserable at the moment weather wise. You don't need a car to enjoy your visit as Coral Bay and its numerous bars and restaurants is only a 25 minute stroll away; but as driving in Cyprus is so easy (being we are from the UK) and we love to explore this is something to consider especially if you want to discover the 'real' Cyprus and don't want to use Public Transport. Highly recommend the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again if we were ever visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus.

Great villa, great location

My husband and I stayed at the villa the month of February. We chose it based not only on the lovely photos and the ideal location in Coral Bay, but also based on the positive comments by past guests. They were right! Rather than repeat the many assets the villa boasts, I would add that one of our favourite was the ample natural light. Many large patio doors and windows allow not only access to the various sides of the villa (shade/sun), but allow the glorious sunshine in. The quietness of the neighbourhood was welcome as we spent time sitting outside on the various patios. Bus routes were so convenient that we made good use of them to explore the island. The few times we required assistance with a small problem it was quickly and pleasantly attended to by either the owner or her property manager. There are many other reviews listing the things to do and restaurants which we found to be reliable. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely villa. John & Lynn British Columbia, Canada

Our very own private corner of paradise.

Our stay at Villa Marina was luxury from the minute we arrived. Marina arranged airport transfers which despite our flight running late went without a hitch. The villa was spotless;spacious and had everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely stunning with blooms bursting with colour. The pool area is very private with high hedges surrounding it..Ideal for those not so keen to be seen baring a bit of flesh!! There are various options around the villa for alfresco eating..All in all the perfect villa and location. We returned from our first visit 3 days ago and have already booked for next year. The location is perfect for access to the beach and bus terminal. We were able to use the buses like a taxi service with one passing every 10-15 minutes. You can get the bus as far as Paphos for 1.50 euro. We found Coral Bay to be a lovely location for couples with plenty choices on food and entertainment. On a hot night you have the option of returning to the villa for a bit of skinny dipping...Not that we even considered that!!! If you want nice; clean and private surroundings with the bizz close by this is the place for you. Barry and Elaine look after you well and make every effort to ensure your stay is made as comfortable as possible.

week in coral bay

My wife, 4 year old son, sister and mother had a week in Marina's villa in October. the weather was great, the beach perfect and the sea warm. we had a great time, villa is well positioned and kitted out having most things that you need, don't forget the beach towels though (as we did!!). The tv, dvd player and dvds were a welcome distraction for those evenings in and the villa was very comfortable to spend time in. There is a regular bus service that picks up at the bottom of the complex and runs into the main coral bay strip, else its a 20min walk or a short drive. car is not necessary for a short trip as both beaches are within a walk and the bus is regular. The main supermarket in coral bay also deliver you and your shopping if need be which is very handy. we had a small issue with the air con which the property managers (Barry and Elaine) easily fixed with no fuss, they were also on hand for any questions we had and very helpful. Quiet location, good pool and toys (pool a bit cool in October, but the sea made up for it). All in all a lovely week away and a villa to recommend - finally, our sons blue bunny failed to make the trip back with us, but Marina was kind enough to arrange for its safe return, most to the delight of our son - thanks Marina!!

Excellent villa, great location

This is a superb property, really spacious, extremely well kept and great for us and our 2 young boys (1 and 3). We struggled to get them out of the pool which was always warm, from first thing in the morning to last thin at night. The garden is also very private as well as spacious which was great. The inside was very modern and comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and each of the bedrooms, which is an essential when the temperature was up to 35-40 degress during our stay. Everything that we needed was there and everything worked perfectly. Even if that hadn't been the case the property agent Barry popped round the first morning to make sure everything was OK. Locationwise it was close to the beach and not far from the main strip in Coral Bay where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. If you head the other way look out for Orion by the sea, which overlooks a shipwreck down by the coast - go there at sunrise. We've learned over the years to trust the ratings on Holiday Rentals, and with 2 young kids we want a seamless holiday and apartment with no hastle. This was exactly what we got here and we'd thoroughly recommend this place. One other point - Marina was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to emails, just what you need when organising a holiday. Excellent all round.

Fantastic Villa, a home away from home

We stayed at Villa Marina for two weeks as we were getting married at the Coral Beach Hotel on 17 September 2014. We knew about this fantastic villa as my friend also stayed here in 2009 when she got married at the same venue and I knew as soon as we had booked our wedding that I didn’t want to stay anywhere else. My husband and I stayed there for four nights before our family joined us for the remainder of our stay and we all had such a wonderful time. Everything about the villa is faultless. It is perfectly kitted out for socialising, we held a BBQ for our friends and family one evening around the outside dining table and the pool area and garden are the best in the complex. So much space and plenty of sunbeds, we even had inflatables to play with that we presume had been left from the previous occupants and my husband, brother and dad enjoyed being big kids in the pool with these! I could go on and on about how brilliant our stay was but to cut it short, here’s a few things why it’s so good: walking distance to Coral Beach Hotel, Corallia Beach, small supermarket for your essentials and also the bus stop which takes you into Coral Bay strip or Paphos Harbour for €1.50. Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful pool & outside space and it felt like a home from home. The owners (Marina and Huw) are so helpful and kind, we had a wedding card and bottle of champagne when we arrived which was so lovely. Marina has been fantastic throughout the entire booking process and helped me with my random queries for wedding related things too, as well as helping us with our car hire etc. The villa management team, Barry & Elaine were very friendly, we only needed to talk to them once about joining the WIFI in the villa as everything else was brilliant. It really is a fabulous villa, I almost don’t want to write such a good review as it runs the risk of the villa being booked up for when we want to return! But if you do stay here, you’re guaranteed to have an excellent time, we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful villa

The Villa is set in a lovely area with a homely overall feel. There are many good restaurants nearby and a fantastic supermarket for supplies if you prefer to cook at the Villa. Avakas Gorge is well worth a visit, wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for climbing! We had a minor issue which we reported to the owner and it was swiftly dealt with and it in no way affected our holiday and our group hope to return again next year.

Très belle maison à 2mn de la plage

Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé grâce notamment à l'attention des maitres de maison qui ont été parfaite à tout moment. La maison est très bien entretenue, calme et fonctionnelle. La piscine est un vrai plus mais la mer (la très sympathique plage de Coralia Beach) est à deux minutes de la maison à pied. Le restaurant Antico a 10mn est aussi un vrai plus et permet de manger bon et pas trop cher pas loin (en revanche le restaurant de l'hôtel Coralia n'est pas vraiment une réussite). Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture aussi et si cela n'a pas été trop problématique pour un court séjour, il faut savoir que les bus de Paphos ne sont ni pratiques, ni sympathiques (quand ils n'essayent pas de vous arnaquer tout simplement). C'est un point à prendre en compte. Mais heureusement beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pieds si vous rechercher uniquement le farniente. Et surtout, la maison est parfaitement entretenue et une fois de plus, l'hospitalité et la gentillesse de Marina et Andrea feront vraiment beaucoup dans la qualité de votre séjour. A bientot !

A fantastic stay

Tolle Tage in einem schönen Haus in Coral Bay

Wir waren Anfang November 2022 für ungefähr 2 Wochen bei Marina zu Gast. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in der kleinen Feriensiedlung in unmittelbarer Nähe des schönen Coral Bay Strandes. Der Garten ist gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Die hohen Hecken schützen vor den Blicken der Nachbarn. Hier hat man im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Häusern wirklich seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist sauber und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen für alle da. Wer ein Fahrzeug für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes nutzt, kann es sicher auf dem Grundstück im überdachten Carport abstellen. Die Einfahrt zum Carport kann durch ein Tor verschlossen werden. Eine Alarmanlage sichert das Haus für die Zeit, in der man sich am Strand oder auf Entdeckungstour in und um Paphos befindet. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befinden sich der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, die Küche und ein Gästebad. Die 3 klimatisierten Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Alle Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über jeweils eigene Balkone, die zum Verweilen einladen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen modernen TV. Für uns spielte eine gute Internetverbindung eine Rolle - sie war durchgehend verfügbar. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück und im Haus ist das WLAN ausreichend verfügbar, so dass man auch aus dem Garten heraus gutes Internet hat. Das Wetter war durchgehend sonnig - tagsüber Temperaturen von ca. 23 - 26 Grad, am Abend angenehme 16 - 18 Grad. Für Anfang November sind das sehr akzeptable Werte, die den abendlichen Spaziergängen z.B. zum Coral Bay Strip nicht im Wege standen. Wir hatten ausgesprochen schöne Tage bei unserem, nun schon 4. Besuch von Paphos / Pegeia / Coral Bay. Achso: Für die gesamte Dauer unseres Besuches stand uns eine liebe Managerin (Andrea) für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein ganz toller Service! Wer seinen Urlaub ebenfalls in dieser schönen Region von Zypern verbringen möchte, dem sei das Haus von Marina empfohlen. Wir werden gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße!
