「The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.」

「If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. 「Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?」

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside.
