Comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, beautiful views
Welcoming, friendly staff but no reception area and keys/checkin instructions just left in an envelope (though they could come if you pressed bell)
Very quiet location, somewhat far from local facilities (shops, pub for dinner etc) so anyone wanting to stay in the hotel having arrived should take provisions
Excellent breakfast with gluten free cereal, sausages and toast

My wife and I stayed at Portclew house for 1 night while visiting the local beaches.
We had a lovely stay. Rooms were really clean and the breakfast was great. The owners were lovely to chat to in the morning.
The local beaches as always are amazing to visit.
We’d definitely stay again when in the area.

A beautiful B&B with tasteful, quality furnishings. The breakfast was really good and the service provided was excellent. The room was made up in the morning which was nice to come back to.
My only small criticism would be about smoking on the balcony. Some people sat out there to smoke and we only realised when our room filled with the smell. There was an ash bucket out there so it seems to be allowed. Perhaps something for the owners to consider changing?

Just perfect accommodation for exploring West Wales, you're a two minute drive from an amazing beach, less than 15 minutes from both Pembroke and Tenby. The room was great, we had lovely views over the back garden and uninterupted views over the fields and hills, breakfasts set us up for the day, really lovely people runninng it, seriously don't bother looking elsewhere, you'll love this place.
