The Space

Surrounded by awe-inspiring forest and mountain views, this tranquil escape invites you to reconnect with nature. Step outside to explore hiking trails right at your doorstep, indulge in bird and deer watching, or unwind in the hammock while soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The spacious deck is ideal for lounging, and the area boasts two nearby boat docks and a fishing pier—just under 4 miles away. Whether you're here for outdoor adventure or restful days in nature, this home offers something for everyone.

The Home

Fully updated for your comfort, the Floating Tree House features 3 inviting bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay.

Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, epoxy countertops, a coffee maker (single cup or full pot), tea kettle, blender, and all the essentials for your cooking needs.

Living Room: A welcoming space with a 70” smart TV, electric fireplace, and a spacious sectional sofa that doubles as extra sleeping space. Enjoy family board games, books, and cozy nights in.

First Bedroom: Furnished with a Queen-sized memory foam bed, 50” smart TV, and a full bath with a stand-up shower.

Master Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a Queen-sized memory foam bed, en-suite bathroom featuring a custom shower and epoxy finishes, plus a private patio door that opens to the large back deck.

Upstairs Loft: Offers 2 full-sized memory foam beds, two closets (one with a pack-n-play and baby monitor for young families), and plenty of space to stretch out.
