「Hotellets alla rum ligger med krypavstånd till havskanten. En trettio sekunders simtur tar dig ut till korallreven där det finns massa fisk och sköldpaddor att upptäcka. Personalen har hjälpsam och gjorde allt i sin makt för att vår vistelse skulle gå så bra som möjligt med tips om diverse utflykter samt bokning av dom.」

「The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

「Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing.
The room did not feel properly cleaned when we checked in. The bedsheets looked as if someone had already slept in them, and there were several visible hairs on the bed, including both short hairs and longer strands of hair. There was also a noticeable black handprint on the bedding.
The bathrooms were not much better. There was hair all over the inside of one of the drawers, along with rubbish that had clearly not...

「La villa était parfaite, la personne qui s’occuper du Complex était très à l’écoute et a tout gérer parfaitement à chaque demande, Complex est un peu plus loin du centre, mais tout est à disposition, taxi sur demande, livraison de nourriture, je recommande à 100%」
