"Ahead of our stay, we received texts from the property owner for local activities which I thought was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, the property owner was there to meet us though it was very late. Personally, i prefer a lock box entry, for a feel of privacy, but she was very sweet. The apartment was clean and decorated with a cabin feel, which we enjoyed. One suggestion is to have a bit more in the apartment to make it feel like home, for example glasses, a wine bottle opener, enough toilet...

The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. "It was good proximity to everything. Parking was ok but had a lot to carry to and from car. It was very empty in the BNB. Could have used a rug or two. The futon was very hard and not comfy. The pillows were flat and only one blanket in the whole place. With the concrete it was kind of dirty on the floor. Nothing to make it cozy. Host did respond in a timely manner. Overall it worked for the occasion. "

"The bed is a flat sheet poorly tucked over the mattress, and an old, stained, flat comforter. Two flat pillows with shams that match the comforter in condition. The cleaning crew isn’t well monitored. The floor is sticky everywhere. When you grab a stool to move it, it’s sticky. The place is cute! I knew what I was getting with the area and the location, but the bed and the filthy apartment ruined it. "

"Very nice, clean hotel. Can be a little hetic parking/ using valet w it being on a corner of a busy intersection. But it's downtown and to be expected. Staff were friendly and so accommodating with bringing dogs. I am so use to being put in the "crappy room" when w have the doggo w us but I did not feel that way here. The room was nice, big and updated. Thanks for not just putting us in a outdated dingy room bc we had our pup! Location is good too. We got food from Southern Tier Brewery right around the corner (2 min walk) was excellent but tons of options all around. No need to drive for anything once you are there really can walk to so much right there. "
