While it was disclosed that the rental was on the 4th floor, what was NOT disclosed is that there are MANY flights of stairs as the ONLY way to get up to it. NO elevator. “Since our stay was in December and the weather was cold and rainy we didn’t use the pool. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Weather was very windy and the entrance door wasn’t snug so a lot of cold air came in. The doors need to be replaced. Air pulls through even more when you open sliding door to the balcony. Otherwise the unit exceeded our needs. ”

The first apartment we booked had to go through last minute repair work but Vic called me and immediately booked me in a bigger apartment in the same building at no extra cost. Thanks Vic for taking care of us. Apartment has great view of the beach as well as the city. The table for 4 in the balcony is great place to sip on a cup of coffee and enjoy the view !! ”

“The view is likely what keeps this place rented. The view is amazing and beautiful. BUT this unit needs a lot of work. Every piece of furniture in this unit is old and half broken. Imagine someone went to a garage sale to furnish this unit, that’s what you get. The mattresses are all old and very uncomfortable. The couch is SO dirty. Cushions were put on backwards and upside down to hide stains. Decorations are old and dated. Worst part: Every night when we were lights out the roaches came out.……
