Pros: great location closest to the beach of all those in Lost Key so you could walk to the beach, beach shuttle runs all the time so you don’t really need to walk, the beach club is very convenient for bathrooms and food and drinks, plenty of space and and great floor plan, kitchen appliances were very nice, k-cup and regular coffee pots, AC keeps you very cool. Cons: bring your own soap for everywhere as they don’t even provide soap for each bath. What they do provide for shampoo/body wash will only do one shower, only one dishwasher tablet, no wine or cocktail glasses, no strainer, dirty carpet stairs like most rentals it seems, the lowest quality toilet paper available, no spices or salt/pepper at all, and they had left the previous renters’ garbage in the can in the garage which had attracted flies, no bikes like some other units in Lost Key. Summary: good location but paltry supplies.

This was a disappointing rental. The bathroom toilet was covered in pee, the shower still had hair in it. The drainage of sinks and toilets was poor. The floors had not been cleaned because they were covered in dust, sand, hair, and sticky from spots not mopped. Quantities of supplies provided for 8 people (for 5 days) were insufficient (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 tiny dish detergent, 8 white towels). I reported all of these issues without resolve.
