Summary:
This is 1 of 4 beautiful apartments located in the Historic Kelley House in Downtown Pensacola. This home exudes historic character yet has all the modern amenities one desires. We are located just a few blocks from the heart of downtown and 10 minutes drive to Pensacola Beach. Beach gear, including towels, is provided as well as bicycles to explore the area. This property is suited to adults only. No children or infants, please. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This Suite is located on the first floor and has a private bath and kitchenette which includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and sink.

Guest Access:
Keypad door entry

The Neighborhood:
Old East Hill Historic District

Getting Around:
We have bikes on site for our guests. Palafox Street is walkable from here.

Other Things to Note:
If you proceed to bring a pet, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee added to your booking total.

Interaction with Guests:
Please send all communication through your booking channel to ensure that your message isn't missed. As we have staff in the area that can always respond quickly to any concerns.

Beautiful well appointed historic renovation
The apartment was in a renovated historic house. The apartment we stayed in had a center fireplace with a mix of old and new furnishings. The houses around it were also historic. The only drawback is that is not close to the beach nor walking distance to downtown restaurants. However, downtown is a short drive. The beaches are farther away.

Everything we needed
The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend of hockey, was well within walking distance of the Bay Center and other venues. The host communicated timely and there were no issues with the property. It is a little bit loud in the mornings with the neighbors walking through the hall areas but overall it was peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful historic house! It was a change from staying on the beach and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the convenience of being close to the city and the beach. The house was equipped with everywhere needed for our stay. Clean and quiet.

Perfect stay for a getaway!
I loved this place. It's beautifully decorated and is in awesome proximity to the things we were interested in checking out like the beach, breweries and downtown. Having access to the bikes and beach equipment was a great touch!

In HOuse Noise
This is a beautiful old house, but in its renovations there has been no evidence of insulation etc that would minimize sound from the other units in the building. I heard the folks above me (both of them) snoring all night; folks, in each of the units, talking loudly at all hours of the day, and for the units upstairs, it sounded as though they were stomping. I understand that the heart pine wood floors are beautiful, but there is no muffling as the guests move around.
