Modern Beachfront Corner balcony , 2 Kings, 60" TV/XBox 4th FL, hear the waves


This is a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom condo on the 4th floor located directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. The living room has 16 feet glass doors that open up to the patio with spectacular beach views.

The unit underwent a major renovation completed in 2018 including a master suite transformation that includes a new spa experience master bath with a marble shower for 2 with mood lighting and double vanity.

The unit is furnished with all new furniture, linens, and kitchen ware. The living room has 2 full size couches and a beautiful new reclaimed barn wood dining table with seating for 8. In addition, we have seating for 4 children at the living room "coffee table". The living room TV is a 60 inch state of the art flat screen and DVD that has 3D and amazing high definition viewing and a X-Box 360 with several games. The master bedroom has a 40 inch TV and DVD with high def.

Imagine relaxing on the king-sized bed while watching your favorite movie from the great movie selection we provide. The 2nd king bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD player as well. The 3rd double twin bedroom has a 32 inch TV and DVD for the kiddos too. There is a new full-size washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs.

The condo has a heated pool that is directly below the balcony so you can check on the kids while your preparing lunch. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars.

We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean, well appointed and comfortable. Very stylish without being stuffy. I am not concerned with bringing my small grandchildren here. The host is very responsive to inquiries. My family and I look forward to visiting each year. Lovely place to stay.

Very Nice

Condo is very nice. Cleanliness was top notch. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was in order and that we were happy. The condo is right on the beach and only a 5-10 minute drive to Orange Beach. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place. Bring your food and you don't have to leave. This condo has it all!! If you're not sure about where to stay, just come here . You will not give it a second thought!! Thanks Allen for a relaxing vacation spot.

Fantastic condo

This is one of the cleanest and comfortable condos in all the years we have been coming to the Gulf of Mexico. Sparkling clean, well appointed furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony. There was never a wait for the elevators. Allen was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The kitchen is easy to cook in and all necessary equipment.

Allen's Beach Condo

We had an excellent vacation at Allen's in Ocean Breeze East! The condo is a great corner unit with a perfect view of the gulf! The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Allen was quick to communicate with me over a few questions I had. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Great family trip 2024

Loved the unit!!! Beautiful very comfortable and clean. Rooms are large and well appointed. The kitchen was great. We cooked a few times and it was easy no need to purchase pots or pans. The only things that were not great is out of the owners control. 1) the pool was closed the entire week. 2) only one parking spot per unit. We did love the unit more than these 2 icons we will be back.

So Peaceful Yet Convenient

Beautiful gulf views from the balcony, living room, and dining area. Watching and listening to the waves from the balcony made for perfect mornings with coffee, a lunch break from the sun, and perfect evening relaxation. I was happily surprised when we arrived, not just the views, but the condo was fresh and very clean top to bottom, and well maintained. Perdido Key has everything needed for a great vacation: restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and more in a laid-back environment. But if at some point during your stay you desire crowds and more options, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are just minutes away. Lots of hiking trails around the area too. It's a special place!

Clean, comfortable, and homey

We enjoyed our time at this property. The instructions were clear. The only question coming in was parking for the second vehicle and the owner even called to make sure we knew how to approach this. For us, it is a good size of building, enough amenities, but now a huge volume of people. The owner having access provided for chair and umbrella were a nice touch. The outdoor closet had other beach goodies available for the kids (young and old). Great family time together.

Awesome stay

Awesome family vacation on the beach. Condo is as advertised. Great location on the 4th floor. Newly renovated with a great master bath. Didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and sharing spices is a great idea. Fish market just a few miles away as is a Publix. Allen was great and gave use easy directions and answered any questions we had. There is an outside storage closet with lots of beach gear and the best part is the rental of the condo comes with rental chairs.

Return to Paradise

Having lived in Pensacola for 15 years from 2001-2015, we know all the sweet spots. But, we had never stayed in Perdido Key. This spot was lovely, a smaller condominium (only 7 floors) than most, it was nice not to have to deal with a crowd. We had only one dislike in the unit itself - the “macerating” toilet in the master bathroom. It was loud, annoying and even spontaneously active. Other than that, the condo is gorgeous, very tastefully and amply outfitted. We were confused about the many remote controls in the living room, but settled on the Roku. (Watching a screen is sort of sinful when the view outside is so stunning, anyway.) That Allen provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is really nice. We were very happy, relaxed during our weeklong return to this slice of paradise. Thank you, Allen Pool!

Yearly family vacation.
