I had to change rooms. The first room had red stains on the white comforter, not sure how they missed that. The second room, there was hair still in the bathtub. I initially wanted to cancel my reservation but I booked through Expedia and couldn’t get an immediate refund. So I just asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Also the furniture is very outdated with visible dirt/dust stains on the couches. In the upside, the staff at the front desk (guy) was very helpful and friendly.

Room is clean. We asked for more pillows and the staff immediately brought them to our room. Although there seems to be a lot of people here, our room is very quiet.

The room was nice, i think the box springs was broke. The rooms coffee bar sucked. The breakfast was good and its away from all the craziness of the beach but close enough to enjoy the crazy! I would stay here again.

Just staying for one night. The AC was quiet and cold like I like it. I would stay again. The room was so clean and had no smell. Checkout was at 12 which helped so much.

My wife and 11month old daughter went to check in while I was working on the other side of town. She left the credit card with me. They would not take the card over the phone OR send a credit card authorization form as we have done with TONS of hotels when we book for our drivers and dont want them to have to use their cards. At first she told me they only did that for customers on business. After i told her we were here on business she argued back and forth with me about the legitimacy of our business and what we were here to do etc. which was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Before she hung up in my face she told she would refund my room... leaving me to figure out where my wife and 11 month old daughter would stay while I was still at work. Customer service at its worst

It was a noise all day.long in the room like airconditioner.on and off..but the.noise came fron sonewhere..the services was good..but all the trash was full inside the building..carpet needed to be vac.on each floor..housekeeping.left front work but never vac.the.hallways...never found donot dusturb signe in the room.....tk

Our stay would have been wonderful if our breakfast experience would have been anything less than terrible. First of all we tried to pour orange juice and my wife apple juice but what came out was slightyflavored water, not a big deal we requested the hostess refill the machine as did several other guest I heard also did. Fifteen minutes later nothing was done and it seemed there was no interest in doing so. Second there was no type of bacon, sausage or ham present as we normally find at establishments equivalent to yours. Also it took five minutes to get more forks as requested.Overall service at the breakfast area was lacking.

Reception by Mame and Will was friendly, respectful, cheerful, and professional. The room was clean, and functional. The nightlight is burned out on the bed furthest from the window, but not a deal breaker, just info. Thank you very much.

Non working heater in room 1. Was moved to another room where TV was not working and front desk did not come check problem as they said they would. Not what you want to experience after driving on the road for 10 hours.
