Great location, being able to just cross the street and the beach is right there. I have had longer walks from condos on the beach. Condo was roomy and accommodated 8 adults just fine. Covered patio was a favorite and was shady all day.

We love this condo and are repeat visitors. Perfect location on Ole River and the beach is a short walk right across the street. Condo is wonderful and beds are comfortable. Appliances are great and we never have any issues. Pool is huge and hardly ever crowded. 10/10 highly recommend.

Perfect family get away

This condo was perfect for what my family needed! Walking distance to the beach even with two small children. We loved sitting on the patio watching dolphins swimming through the bay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

I love this place

This property was amazing, out our front door was the pool, then our own private beach, and out our back balcony was the bay and a dock. My 9 year old sonnfished half the night while I sat on the balcony. NO BUGS. I didn't get bit by a mosquito AT ALL. Will definitely go back next year.

Great condo & location

Great smaller condo complex with access to ole river which was great. It was very clean and accurately represented on the listing. The only negatives I could think of is that they have the AC unit set to 76 and since it’s older property it takes several hours to cool back down. The other is the owners of the unit below is an older couple with dogs and they were at the front door within a couple hours of us being there saying we were too loud so that is something to be aware of before booking. Great condo and location, just probably should be older adults that are staying..

Comfortable laid back homey feeling with convenient access to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, had tennis racquets and balls, basketball court. The dock was great for the boys to fish off of. Highly recommend!

Great Location Just Off the Beach

We found this property online but the pictures did not do it justice. When we arrived, the property manager met me and knew who I was before I said anything. The checkin was super easy. When we went into the condo, it is nicely maintained, updated, super clean, and very comfortable. We made use of the on property swimming pool, basketball court, and charcoal grill out back of our unit. The location was awesome since we were able to face the back bay, which was great in the mornings for coffee and sunsets in the evening. Despite this property being off the main road, it was still very quiet. We enjoyed dining at the Crab Trap across the street. The beach was clean and was not crowded. The main issue, if at all, is that it can be a bit difficult to cross the main road to get to the beach when there is some traffic. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
