Great spot near the wedding events we had downtown Pensacola. House is very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would stay again if in the area and needed/wanted to be downtown.

This was one of the best rentals I've booked. It was lovely decorated with all of the conveniences you could want. It was in a great location for us. We will book again.

Beautiful property on quiet street. Close to all of our destinations, The Oar House, Pensacola Beach, FloraBama, and downtown. Family friendly with bedrooms upstairs to separate noise when someone wanted to stay up late or be up early. Beautiful design and decor. Felt safe when walking our small dog in the immediate area.

A very clean home in a great location! I am hard to please when it comes to cleanliness and was so happy to find Downtown Life sparkling! It was also the perfect size for me, my husband and our dog. The courtyard in the back was most welcome and there was plenty of little grassy areas to walk the dog. I didn't get to cook, but the kitchen is equipped for a chef with high end everything. We had a little trouble with our door code upon arrival, but was promptly taken care of with a quick phone call. We easily walked to downtown, which was a definite plus. Highly recommended!

Master bedroom bed was broken and uncomfortable. No significant response from Vacasa. We weren't expecting miracles -- but some responsiveness to help with the bed situation would have been helpful. Otherwise the place was clean and the location was great. You better just hope nothing goes wrong because you won't get help.

We enjoyed our stay at "Downtown Life." We enjoyed four days of golf and down time watching movies in the afternoon. We could walk around the corner to the local blues restaurant for a quick bite or head downtown! The house was clean and ready on time. The neighborhood is unique and full of history.
