Wonderful place easily accessible to the pools and the beach. The property is one of the cleanest places ive ever stayed inside the condo and outside as well. The property is a very family friendly atmosphere.

Perfect for our family!

We had the best week in C205! My kids absolutely loved their bunk room and the smartTV on the bottom bunk. It was a real home away from home that we'll definitely return to in the future. The pools were so much fun and the beach was beautiful. Loved that they had activities for families during the week.

Ft Walton escape

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and we had plenty of room. The only down side was the construction going on for the lower level pool. It was shutdown on Monday and opened back up on Friday.

Our Home Away From Home

This was our third year staying through Coastal Vibe. Their team goes up and beyond to guarantee our family has a fantastic time. The room is always clean and has everything you need and then some! Waterscape is the premier family establishment and the 24/7 security is always right on top of everything! We ❤️ Waterscape!!!!

Waterscape is our favorite fall break spot for our family of 4. Our friends also join us. C205 is a great location. The parking garage is super close to the unit. The patio is awesome! The kids love playing in the yard area. The unit is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this resort and this unit!

Communication with owners was great, really appreciated letting us in 2 hours early. The pool and beach access was nice. However, the property was not clean, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people. The pool was insanely overcrowded.

Amazing Family Vacation!

This condo had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed to have the perfect vacation! We stayed with our three children (15,5 and 2) and everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The ground floor was perfect for our two youngest- and the close proximity to the warm pool and kids pool was a definite plus. The unit was clean and very comfortable, (bring extra blankets if you get cold easily). We went to the grocery store our first night and cooked our meals everybday- the kitchen had everything we needed and not having to drag tired kids out to restaurants every night was really nice. We are planning to return next year!

Home away from home

Our family had a wonderful one week vacation mainly due to the comfort and convenience of our condo-C205. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. I had many questions before the trip and he answered immediately and was so pleasant! Not having a “check-in” process after a long day of travel was soooo nice! We went straight to the condo, put in the door code and as soon as we walked through the door felt right at home. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find-it’s very well stocked with pots and pans, blender, coffee maker and kurig, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and every utensil we needed to cook every night. The master bed/bath was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows in the closet and a set of bath/hand towels and washcloths for all 6 of us. We did a load of laundry everyday and ended up putting all the bath towels in two big baskets provided in the hallway table because we all showered at different times of day and it was just convenient for us. The other half of our family was in C202 and these two units were located perfectly for us. We had a 5,3, and 1 yr old and the walkout unit opens up to a big yard area for the kids to play when we weren’t at the beach or the pools. The C units were furthest from the beach so we rented a wagon (party of 12-3 kids under 6) which we never even used! I haven’t covered pools yet but out of characters. They were excellent. Something for everyone!

Our stay was our favorite so far! We loved having the ground unit for our 4 boys to have space to run around and play. It is a further walk to the beach than other units, but it’s still not too far while toting kids and all the beach things - and with our youngest boys ages 5,3, and 1- we loved being steps away from the splash pad where we spent every morning. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the awesome communication and helpful information throughout our stay. The whole family said we wanted to come back here to stay! Highly recommend the Waterscape for children and this particular unit was amazing

Our best stay in Fort Walton Beach to date

This was our third spring break in the area and of the three fantastic condos we’ve rented, this was our favorite! It was clean and spacious and the walk out to the pool area was a wonderful feature! My kids loved playing in the grassy area in front of the condo. (And of course they loved the heated pool, the lily pads, the lazy river, and all the other kids around!) The beach was stunning as usual, and we especially enjoyed the way the chairs were set up in a horseshoe so everyone had a front row view and it invited the children to play together. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Mini vacay

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. The only problem I had was with the set up of the umbrellas on the beach, personally I want to face the water when sitting on the beach and the chairs usually available are in a semi circle facing other people, this would not keep me from returning to the property, I just took my own beach chair so I could sit facing the water .

Wonderful family vacation

Great Stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The property was kid friendly and the beach is beautiful. We were disappointed that the front lawn, which we had planned to have as an option to play before pools open, was wet and muddy every day we were there. Other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed and they allowed us to check in early. Would recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year staying at a Coastal Vibes property and we couldn't be happier.. we've already are booked for next year.. we had a few minor issues and they were taken care of immediately.. The maintenance man JT and Jaren were the ones we had the most contact with and they are both super people..JT even gave use some suggestions on places to eat and they were all delicious!! Can't wait to get back there..

Waterscape C205...WOW!!!

This was the perfect condo for families with young kids. We had 2 families with a combined 4 children all under 8-years old. We loved the sliding barn door for the bunk room which made the kid's shared space closed off from the rest of the condo and made it like their own little hideout. Being able to walk out to the large grass area to play and be only a few steps away from the shaded play area and splash pad was ideal. It's also convenient that we are able to park right outside the room with so much luggage. We will certainly come back and stay in this condo while our kids are still little! Also, everything about the Coastal Vibes reservation and payment process was very convenient. Communication and instructions were top notch and easy. Recommend!!!
