This stunning 3-bedroom 3 bath vacation rental gives you an abundance of space for any growing family. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom hosts 2 Queen beds and ensuite bath with walk-in shower while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and convenient access to a full bath. Gorgeous wrap around balcony to catch those western sunsets. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat and recliner. This unit is decorated with beautiful coastal colors. Enjoy preparing your favorite meal with family and friends in this well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and offers both a drip and Keurig coffee maker.
Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well-equipped fitness center, soak in the hot tub or cool off in one of our 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), with a traffic controlled pedestrian walk just east of our east property.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Parking Passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an automatic parking invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at the owner's expense.

Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
