「Great location, super comfortable, spacious and modern apartment. Property owners were easy to reach and super reliable within timely manner. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the great stay and hospitality during our DC trip.」

「House needs maintenance.」

「 Excellent stay! The location was perfect, in a great Capitol Hill neighborhood and less than a 15-minute walk to the U.S. Capitol Building. The free parking was a huge plus, and the property was comfortable and convenient for exploring Washington, D.C. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This an excellent place to stay in DC.」

「The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Great location to walk to coffee/bakery shops and convenient store. Plus a 10 to 15 Uber/Lyft to downtown DC or Georgetown.」

「The house is clean and I am happy with everything. The kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t expect the snacks. My family enjoyed the stay.」

「excellent, beyond expectations.」

「Super cute place to stay. So very clean and the bath towels were super fluffy!! Perfect sized place for four of us. Would stay again without any doubt.」

「I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay in D.C.. The property was the perfect selection for our family and the host was beyond helpful. She helped to keep me from getting a parking ticket due to street cleaning and offered some detergent instead of purchasing a jug of our own. The parking pass came in handy. We felt at home and our son loved every aspect of the trip. The location put us a short walk from The Capitol and the neighborhood is welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again when...

「Perfect location and amazing property」

「The house was spacious, clean, and accommodating. Couldn’t have picked a better place for my family in DC. The host was very kind and helpful!」

「Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again.」

「Overall good stay; Good communication as well. Bedding little cheap in my opinion but easy fix. Most of the LED lights were not working but can easily be fixed would recommend getting some good govee lights in the unit. Walking the pup after hours can be little sketch but nothing to worry about imo. Be aware the parking is street parking and there is no dolly at the building. I would stay again but would be helpful if they had a foldable cart in unit」

「I called the host several times for washcloths. We had 4 washcloths for 5 nights for my Husband and I. I was told that you had to request them. I requested 8 washcloths for reminding 4 nights. We received 2 for reminding 4 nights. We used hand towels. Parking???? What a joke. No parking on the street. They already taken by the residents of the area. Parking garage??? Full or closed. So where did we park?? In the Hilton’s . 58.00 #*•,.g dollars a day adding up to 290.00 extra dollars not...
