The checkin process was easy.. The lady who greeted me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the goings on around town.. The room had 2 queen beds and a hideabed with kitchenette and was quite spacious, the only thing was the bathroom was very tiny with no space to put your stuff.. close to the beach a 5 minute walk.. I would stay again..

This is a great little motel with convinent access to Skaha beach. It has a wonderful courtyard area with Ponderosa pines, where people can sit and enjoy the space outside their rooms. Our room was a studio on the ground floor with a kitchenette. Perfect for my wife and I. The only drawback was the mattress could use and up grade and the head of the bed was slightly lower than the foot.

The rooms were extremely unclean. I actually purchased some floor cleaner and a mop so that we could scrub the floors in our room. The floors blackened the bottoms of our socks from being so dirty and even after scrubbing them, we kept our shoes on because the floors still were not clean. The grease traps in the BBQs were not cleaned and 2 different people had grease fires during our stay. Overall not a clean place. Would not recommend.

Wonderfully kept property. The courtyard is a comfortable place to sit and read, or even bbq with family/friends. The proximity to the beach is excellent, being maybe a 5 min walk down the beach road. Nice park across the street, with an off leash area. The receptionist (darker hair) went far above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. She's a superstar at her job! I highly recommend staying here, and can see why there's a race to book! Btw...attached to the motel office is an icecream joint..Gilligan's. Delicious icecream.

Clean rooms which is my number one priority with any accommodation so very happy. Walking distance to Skaha beach which is great. It was pretty quiet so easy to sleep. Only 2 towels provided which happens in lots of places which I never understand as people with long hair need more then one towel. Kitchen as missing some necessities (oven mitts, lids for pots ect). 2 well maintained bbqs but only one set of bbq tools which proved difficult. Parking proves to difficult as sometimes lot was full. Don’t know if there was not enough stalls for units. Or if people had multiple vehicles. All and all loved it and would stay again
