"I didn't get to stay. The computer system was down and I couldn't check in. I had to go elsewhere and get a room. The guy behind the counter tried for about 30 minutes to get me checked in. Good on him. "

"I reserved & paid through Hotel.com arrived at the hotel to check in & the own started telling me that no that's too cheap a price I needed to pay him more money so for 45 mins I argued with him that it's already paid for & just needed the keys. He told me I had to call the app that the price is wrong or pay him more money. Finally he gave me the keys when I told him if he had a problem with the price he needed to call the app. It was extended stay with a kitchen that didn't have anything in it not a pot, spoon, plate or glass. And the advertising said there was a pool but I got there the in the group pool was filled with concrete & is just an open slab in the middle. "
