The property is wonderful spotlessly clean the decor is beautiful and makes it feel like home, Alec and Serena have gone the extra mile with lots of lovely touches for when you arrive , fresh milk chocolate bars and water in the fridge , Alec even collected me from the train station and drove me around the town so I could get my bearings and dropped me back when my holiday was over, everything is within walking distance the promenade harbour museum bus and train station, plenty of restaurants and pubs to eat out which are delicious a truly wonderful place to stay and the owners are always happy and available to help with any questions you may have

Excellent location in general and really helpful to have a parking space. Easy to access the prom and also the centre of Penzance for shops, galleries and restaurants. As previous guests have said, the property is more spacious than it appears on the booking. Very tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Very peaceful location overlooking mature trees.

It is a nice little appartment with a spacious bathroom and everything you need. Good location, close to Quai and City center. Free parking, perfect hosts, they also provided some breakfast. BUT we were looking for a place with a terrace/balcony and its only a small entrance area, with 2 uncomfortable tiny chairs, you dont want to sit on and relax.
