The property is deep cleaned between every booking, we continue to maintain a very high cleanliness standard :Foys (Mazeys Place at rear)is a Large Edwardian granite house, in a very quiet area ., (It is situated on the far left of the 'overview/thumbnail' picture of Mounts Bay)Completely refurbished annexe/flat , up new steps, with small balcony & terrace. VRBO/Ourselves are not adding/charging any upfront damage deposits- damage would only be charged in the event of some Damages.
Luxury King sized bed and kitchenette , with separate lobby leading to luxury bathroom. Central Heating + Heated towel rail in bathroom. All mod cons provided TV/DVD/Work space for laptop, WiFi, Fridge ,Microwave, Kettle, Toaster,Sink. Welcome pack, coffee,tea,milk,butter,water,snacks (NB: NO Oven/Hob or washing machine). Towels & beach Towels Completely separate entrance (stairs) to rear of house, with private balcony. Room overlooks quiet private gardens , offroad /adjacent parking. Beautiful space, tasefully decorated. Host has thought of everything you could possibly ever need during the stay. Lovely to have fresh bread, butter and selection of preserves, and milk. Plus the bonus of bottled water, and 2 cans of alcohol. Close to high street, shops and restaurants etc. Perfect place to unwind. Will definitely be staying again

Great little hideaway

Easy booking process and host was always prompt with responses. Great little hideaway, exactly as described and with everything required for a fab stay. Great location to attractions, the promenade, town and bus/ train station. Car stayed put all week. Plenty of walks and fun had. Lovely stay.

Short weekend stay

Stayed for a 3 night stay . The room was great. Everything we needed for a weekend break . Really nicely decorated, which we loved . Good location to restaurants and bars and seafront. All very clean , really comfortable bed , good shower, Lovely little touch's , including first breakfast provided, good bread 👍 Will definitely recommend to friends if they want to stay in Penzance . 😊

Central Penzance gem

Very nice room with kitchen area, big shower room and view of a lovely garden. Great decor. Very comfy bed. Absolutely everything we could possibly need and bread, milk etc for our arrival. Also very well situated close to the town centre. Outside staircase access but the host’s charming son, who happened to be outside when we arrived, kindly carried our bags up for us.

Great home base fir exploring Cornwall

Mazey’s Place is a lovely studio apartment and was a great place for my husband and I to stay while exploring this area of Cornwall. We loved returning to this quiet spot with a view over the lovely garden when we returned each day from a long hike. Lots of brochures and books to help you plan out your days. Alec was a great host. There for us if we needed anything, but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to explore the region

Alec's little annex was perfect for us. It was clean, very attractively furnished and Alec provided us with everything we needed for the first few days. The fridge was well stocked. The location was awesome, within walking distance of the harbor, bus station and good restaurants. There was also a parking space, which is not a given. We can unconditionally recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much

10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Best air b and b Penzance

This was our second visit .Very convenient to the top of the town and promenade for views of Mounts Bay. Immaculate and well worth the money. We are sure visit again as we enjoy walking and exploring this location.
