Relaxing coastal break

Ocean View was the perfect location for a week away with our dogs. The house is a stone's throw from the beach and Praa Sands is conveniently located for enjoyable days trips and hikes. Fittings & fixtures are high quality, and the decking and garden is a good place to relax in the long summer evenings.

Truly a great place to stay, amazing views, pristine position, excellent decor and equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful showers, and to top it all a glass fronted veranda where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets at your leisure, 5 star excellence.

Wow! Stunning place

If you want a relaxing stay in a stunning home this is the place to stay. Stunning home with fabulous relaxing views and spotlessly clean. We really didn’t want to leave.. Everything you need for a great stay in a fabulous stylish home. Cant wait to return. Luxury Coastal always give great customer service, we have booked with them several times and always give great customer service and support.

Fabulous Ocean Views

A fabulous, quiet and very peaceful property. One minor issue was that the sofas were too low and not comfortable at all. Other than that, what a fantastic location, central to everything we wanted to do and all was as described. The bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The parking was a little bit tight for two large SUV’s - any bigger and it would be a problem. The views were fabulous and we were blessed with fine weather. We were fortunate to be entertained by an RNAS helicopter on exercise in the bay and the RNLI lifeboat attending an incident (floating debris). We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

the property was lovely , bedrooms spacious, the layout of the lounge area , seating in particular challenging for 6 to be seated comfortably for an evening in . needs a re-think in the interior seating planning in this area

Ocean View, The Sands, Praa Sands review

The house and location was fabulous. Everything was to such high standards with the exception of the seating in the lounge area. The two sofas (if you would actually call them sofas... I'm not sure) were dreadful - so uncomfortable and certainly not suitable for six adults. We had to either sit at the dining table or on the floor....not great! For a house of such high spec I cannot understand why anyone would think these were acceptable - they need replaced. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes in the downstairs bedroom we had to all share the upstairs wardrobes. The TV was hopeless - we could not get any BBC channels and there was no instructions.
