「This is a very comfortable home with a spectacular view. Perfect for our group. Worked well as a vacation spot for the family member who needed to be at Mayo for appointments one of the days—less than an hour drive away. The deck was lovely for evening meals, sunsets, and visits. Would definitely stay here again. 」

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as a view of the river. We were all very impressed and comfortable there. 」

「It was a very cute house- cabin perfect for a couple's get away, or small family or fishermen. Remodeled to be be modern. It was nice to have garage access and a great patio with a grill. Park near by. Steps are steep so not great for older people.Property manager responded in less than 1/2 an hour.」

「The carriage house was very nice. The bedrooms are a bit strange as you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bunkbed room. The downside of things was we brought our dog and there was only one dog friendly dining option around. Reads Landing Brewery says pet friendly on their website, but they aren't. You have to sit away from the building on the picnic tables, serve yourself and can only order appetizers off the menu.」

「Beautiful property, easy access to the small town of Lake City. Everything in the house was super clean and beautiful. We didn't do any cooking but it looked pretty well stocked. We happened to be there during a hot period, so the screened in porch and table there were much too hot to use, but the AC in the house worked great! Really nice property that we would rent again.」

「Very clean, well stocked property. Check in and check out was easy. Hot tub was an added bonus however it was too hot outside to spend much time in it unfortunately. We were there for my nieces wedding at the winery so it was really close to the venue. I would recommend this place to others. 」
