「The hotel is reasonably functional. The food served at the restaurant was truly amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, this is the only positive thing to be remarked upon in this regard. We booked two rooms and in one of them (15) we were utterly shocked to find out that the windows wouldn’t open.
