On-site amenities include a 4,000 m² property with a farmyard, a paddock for horses, a swing set, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for children. The detached stone house features a private terrace and parking with an automatic gate.

The ground floor comprises a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge (with fireplace), and direct access to the terrace through French doors – a WC.

Upstairs: a suite accessible via the first staircase (one double bed) with a shower room and toilet. On the other side of the house, another staircase leads to two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a shower room (walk-in shower), and a toilet.

Electric underfloor heating (low temperature, billed according to consumption).
Bed and breakfast accommodation is available on the property.

Optional extras:
Double bed linen (if needed) €10 each.
Horse boarding (unlimited hay, two stalls and a nearby paddock) €15 per horse per night.
