"The apartment, view, and accommodations were excellent. The only issue was the WiFi went out at 12 midnight the night before check out and never came back up."

"Bedrooms have been updated but the kitchen and bathrooms are worn out. Bathrooms need to be scrubbed bad. Especailly the showers!!"

"Quick trip to avoid the snow up North. Last minute choice was at a good price and convenient. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay."

"Very clean. King bed was comfortably firm, nice shower. It was great to have 1.5 bathrooms for us to use. The beach was a very nice beach, not too crowded when we went and we loved that it is next to the National Seashore. Very quiet in the evenings, and the Breakfast Club restaurant was amazing!"

"We stay at Phoenix X often, but we have never stayed at this condo. I’m all about the aesthetics, & this condo was decorated beautifully. I loved the details. Bathrooms are beautiful, bedrooms were comfortable, everything was light and bright. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own pots/pans & spices. We would definitely stay here again."

"This house was the perfect size and layout for our group of 15 people. We had plenty of space and loved that the duplex layout gave us two full kitchens and two laundry rooms. The outdoor space was excellent: the best of any Florida beach house we've ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of shaded seating that was beside the pool, and the deck with kayaks was such a fun addition. The dune and ocean views from the front of the house were beautiful, and the quick walk to three beach was easy and felt safe thanks to the nearby lighted crosswalk. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and wagons in the house's storage closet. We had one minor issue with the home upon arrival, and it was handled by the homeowner so quickly! Great communication."
