"The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)"

"Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. "WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. "There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty."

"The owners left a nice gift and note that I received upon my arrival. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed."
