"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

The only negative was the unit above (we had the street level unit)…we could literally hear EVERYTHING happening above us…every foot fall, chair movement and even the unit being swept between guest.
