「The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. 「The villa was absolutely incredible and perfect for our 6 night stay in Vallandry. It is well appointed with high quality furniture, beds, bath towels, robes, kitchen equipment etc. It was clear that attention was paid to every detail. The jacuzzi and dry sauna were wonderful to relax in after ours days of sightseeing and hikes. The hosts were wonderful, kind and generous. We can’t recommend it highly enough. 5 stars!」

Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room.
