Quite recent house (2000), L-shaped luxury apartment of 170m2, large living room-kitchen of more than 60m2, openwork with 3 large picture windows, 4 large bedrooms, large terrace of more than 40 m2, shaded garden and superb personalized swimming pool (it is children should know how to swim). Close to the sea (1km) and Montpellier. House in peace and hidden from view in a lively village. In short, a small paradise ideal for a family of 5 or 6 people (TV, internet, plancha, table tennis, pétanque, idleness on the spot).

Olivier et sa compagne sont des hôtes adorables, la villa est familiale avec un cadre vraiment dépaysant, proche du tram. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette belle villa. Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin, la super piscine et le calme du quartier. Les enfants étaient heureux de nourrir chaque jour le chat et les tortues. Nous avons pu utiliser trois vélos âgés et sommes allés chaque jour chercher le petit déjeuner à la boulangerie et plusieurs fois à la plage (durée du trajet : 10 minutes). La plage et la mer sont très propres et belles, nous avons toujours trouvé des places de parking pour notre voiture. La belle ville de Montpellier est accessible en 25 minutes en tram ou en 15 minutes en voiture, ce que nous avons bien sûr mis à profit pour faire du sightseeing et du shopping. Merci à Olivier et Aude pour leur hospitalité et leur encadrement - nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances ! :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ou tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le jardin, la piscine et l'emplacement sont parfaits ainsi que l'accueil des propriétaires. On espère y retourner vite.

we had a fantastic stay in the family house of Olivier and Aude. Actually the nicest one we ever rented for holidays (my daughter said on our last evening). The garden / terrace / pool is so well integrated into the whole house - kitchen and living room opening to the well equiped terrace (BBQ, lots of chillout areas, large dining table, big tree and umbrellas for shade-lovers etc.) - The pool was a big highlight of the stay for us adults but of course the kids. We only went to the beach twice in one week since we enjoyed so much just staying around the house, playing ping pong, playing games on the table, jumping into the pool now and then, having BBQ for lunch/dinner etc.. Inside the house is spacious - 4 sleeping rooms, perfect for family up to 3 kids, 2 bathrooms/toilets... Well equiped with two extra refridgerators as backup in garage and storage room, even 5 bicycles (3 of them kids size though - bring your own locks in case you want to use them), TV, DVD player etc. All the basics you need for your stay since it is a "living house" and not a pure vacation home. Olivier and Aude an their family really live in this house and you can feel that. It is nicely decorated and with nice furniture also. The location is great as well since the neighbourhood is extremly quiet, public transportation really close (tram to Montpellier, Bus to beaches, also a 24/7 bike rental that works with creditcard in walkiing distance, airport just around the corner - but you don´t hear any planes suprisingly). So in fact this was our first vacation we didn´t even have to rent a car at first, since Olivier even picked us up from the airport (so nice, but he said it is not normal that he does this, so don´t count on that!). We rented a car for the last two days to explore the beautiful countryside north of Montpellier (canoe trip / Grotte des Demooselles). Thumbs up to a perfect family vacation home! Best we ever experienced!!! And we travel a lot...
