Private garage. New equipment and bedding. Washing machine. Gas heating. Balcony furniture. Common room for bicycles. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 2 people.

Remarkably located at the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because set back from the main street that runs along the port. An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants and shops nearby.
