"Everything was good except for the check in. Arrived around 6 15pm, reception was closed (said it will be open). Had to call staff and was instructed to just open the room and get in. The room was locked. There was no key to enter. After calling again staff came in and opened the door and asked me to come to the reception to check in. After I checked in went back to the room to find that there was no key inside, as informed. Had to go back to the reception to get the key.It was a hectic process. Never experienced this before in any place. (the good thing was there was no delay in making the call and staff arriving) However the room was clean and the facilities were as expected. "

All the staff including Anita, Jess, Tanya, Nikki and the bar chef Jade are all welcoming and caring. The hotel manager, Jeremy always helps me with anything I need as far as my stay in Sale. Thanks."
