“Basic facility but clean. Desk staff often didn't seem to know what they were doing, like most of them were in training.”

“The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night.”

“Air conditioner was nice and cold. Breakfast was nice and hot with a variety tissue from. The pool was very very clean, that was my favorite part. They offer towels in the pool area. They have a beautiful patio that you can go outside and sit or barbecue. Definitely coming to stay again next time I visit the caves. Also, very conveniently located by the Logan Beach.”

“This was a last minute booking for us as our original rental had to be canceled two days before our trip due to issues the owner was having with the rental. This little cabin was clean, semi secluded (it had other cabin neighbors and you could hear/see traffic from the road) but there was a little mildew smell that needed aired out, inside walls look a little water warped. The patio and fire pit area could use some TLC but all functional and worked just fine. Outhouse was super clean. Not sure……

“I had a weekend with just my youngest this summer so I let her pick a getaway she said Hocking Hills! I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this campground by myself with 3 teens. Besides all the hiking there was so much to do at the campground! Between the swings in all the trees, the playground and pond my kids never wanted to leave. I did not mind sitting on the giant neck drinking coffee. I am differently interested in coming back with more family to a bigger camper on the grounds!”

We loved the beautiful deck with the hot tub and then watching a movie on the big screen outside. This is a unique and special place, so close to many Hocking Hills attractions.”
