We stayed here for 4.5 weeks, and everything was absolutely perfect! Jan and Graham made it feel like a true home away from home, every little detail was thought of, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.It was the perfect start to our 6-month Aussie adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a more welcoming place to begin our journey. We’d love to visit again one day. A huge thank you, Jan and Graham, for making our stay so special!

This was our second stay at this quiet, modern, tastefully decorated apartment. The friendly hosts respected our privacy, and every detail made for a very comfortable visit. It's in a great location near the coastline and Ilkua's shopping, bar/restaurants, and buses nearby. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed our stays.

Pros: Good spot to stay in Perth near the beach. Stylish house. Cons: Ceiling lamps didn’t work. Heating’s not great in winter and you can’t control it — I ended up with a bad cold on my last day. Better bring your own heater just in case.

Superb accommodation in excellent location

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and well-stocked with essentials located in a very quiet street. The hosts were accommodating about our late arrival. It's in a great location near the coast with an excellent coastal pathway, restaurants, an Irish pub, shops, and has easy transport links to shopping malls and the train station. Highly recommended and we are returning very soon!

Great place to stay

Staying here was like having a home away from home. Everything you could think of was supplied and it was such a lovely quiet spot to stay in the suburbs. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing place to holiday.

Beautiful and comfy

This was the perfect unit for us, can cook, has good size fridge , fantastic and comfy, the only thing we didn’t like is not having a door to the unit at the bottom of the stairs! Even though no one was downstairs for our stay, the front door opens, you go upstairs to the unit, and the owners go through a locked door to their area. Just feeling walking around with not much on is awkward! But it’s f you don’t mind it is a great place and affordable for the week

Perfect Retreat

The property provided everything you need and very well presented and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent relaxing on the balcony and exploring nearby beaches and restaurants.

Just Fantastic

We cannot express enough the uniqueness of our hosts and the exceptional accommodations they provide. The cleanliness is impeccable, and accessibility is convenient. Despite not having a car for the initial seven days, we easily navigated the area using available buses within short walking distances. Highly recommend this place, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Perth, WA. Very comfortable clean apartment in nice neighborhood opposite park and ten minute walk to beach.

Local bus nearby, but not frequent. Would recommend car hire if you want to travel further.
