Staycation on a budget
This was the perfect house for our ladies weekend retreat.... Plenty of beds, great that linen is supplied. Bonus having multiple activity areas, not everyone likes doing the same thing. We did have oven issues, however Gary was quick to investigate the problem straight away. Even offered to have replaced for us. The pool area was lovely on our 40+ Celsius days. If you look for flaws you will find them but nothing that diminished the stay. It is definitely a bargain of staycation and would recommend to anyone watching the budget.

Leavers Trip
Went here for my leavers trip and the place was very nice. Owner was very kind and made sure our needs were met, the barbeque wasn't working so they went out and got a new one for us to use the very next day. Overall a very great place to have a trip.

Excellent location. Plenty of space for us and lots of equipment needed for a weekend stay. The pool was great on Saturday afternoon as it was so hot. Highly recommend.

Excellent getaway
Our group just stayed for 4 nights as a return client for 3rd time. We will book again. House is always clean, plenty of space and easy to arrange with hosts. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

The house is lovely and location is great Had a super enjoyable time My only issue was beds were not made and as I’m almost 60 the genuinely super heavy mattress was very difficult and it genuinely hurt me trying to get the bed made The rest was fine

Very good location, 10 minutes to the beach. Coffee shop and takeaways 20 minutes walk or 2 minutes in the car. Large house with good facilities. Nice pool and games room, 2 tv rooms great house for families.

Lovely short trip away
I spent a lovely three days here with my mum who is visiting from Ireland and my 9 month old and the house is as listed, older style house but equipped with everything you need! Great communication from the hosts and the small extras of having a play pen and cot ready for my 9 month old was greatly appreciated. Lovely big back yard that my dog loved sniffing around and we got lucky with perfect weather for the pool (although it’s not heated if you follow the hosts instructions it’s perfect on a warm day to cool off).

Fabulous Christmas Break
We stayed here for four days over Christmas and found it to be exactly what we needed. It was spacious and suited our needs very well. The kids ( and young and old adults ) loved spending time just relaxing, playing pool and heading down to the beach, which was literally just down the road. The owners were so easy to deal with and very accommodating. It was fantastic to spend time away with the family making memories and the ease of this property made this possible. We would absolutely stay again and plan to. Thanks so much guys for all the things you do, both big and small ( even having a Christmas tree up for Chrissy- which was fantastic as I told my own son we were not packing a Christmas tree to take with us !! ) that make this place an awesome holiday get away. great property for a group of friends or family
great sized residence. ample room for many people to have their own private space if needed. A bit cool to use the pool, but used the pool table. a short 5 minutes to several shops/restaurants & even shorter to the local beach. Garry was easy to communicate with. Fully recommend this stay.

Nice Holiday Home
The house is large and very clean and comfy for our family. Everyone just loved the pool and games room and the 2 lounge room areas were large and comfy. The 2 indoor dinning tables were very handy for our 5 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to work out how to get the TV and DVD unit to work in the back lounge room but we were all so busy outdoors around the pool that it didn’t really matter.

Excellent Leavers experience at a wonderful location
Our trip was really excellent thanks to our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and big enough to fit everyone comfortably with room to spare. There were multiple common areas for us to spend time in, which made it fit for everyone depending on what they wanted to do. There was a bit of hassle checking in, but once we got the code it all went well. It's a comfortable walk to the beach so we were able to get there both in the afternoon and evening multiple times without issue. It's also a very short drive from the locations we visited, from Penguin Island to Point Peron. The extra fridge was very useful, and there were plenty of blankets for everyone. Overall, a very nice house. This was a great place to have a relaxing and social Leavers not too far from home, and would definitely be somewhere we would book again.

Room to move
Situated in a lovely quiet well maintained street, no traffic or neighbourhood noise. 5 minute drive to a fabulous fresh provision market store. 2 minutes drive to glorious grassed foreshore for picnic on grassed areas or enjoy sunset strolls. Why drive for hours when world class beaches surround you after a 45 minute drive from Perth. The house is large enough for the kids to be in their own spaces whilst adults chillout in their own. Lovely, good sized pool to enjoy also.

Was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect
We stayed over the Christmas period and there was a beautiful Christmas tree set up. The house is massive so everyone could do what they wanted in their own space. You would be hard pressed to find a better place for a family to stay.
