Dear Mr Cheung, We thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed you feel a nightly rate of less than $190/night is expensive for the gorgeous 30m2 Heritage conservatory room you booked with us. The staff member you spoke with is exactly right- the Heritage conservatory rooms are all conservatory facing. We would like to suggest next stay you chose an upgraded room like a premier room or suite, these are located away from the elevators.
