Indulge in some retail therapy at the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre or the local markets, where you can find handmade crafts and fresh local produce.

For a taste of the local cuisine, head to one of the many waterfront restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and stunning views.

The guest can access the studio room and courtyard. You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the Truvi guest verification process.

Situated less than a 15 minute walk from the Mandurah foreshore, enjoy everything that this GWN7 Top Tourism Town 2022, has to offer. NB: This is a smaller basic/standard hotel style studio room 39 m2

The resort, located on the iconic Mandurah Canals, boasts not only incredible views, amenities such as boat docks, water access, onsite Spa, swimming pools and lush gardens but you are just a short stroll to the amazing array of restaurants, bars and entertainment on offer on the Mandurah foreshore.

Summer sees long evenings drinking cocktails, cruising up and down the waterways and enjoying the buzz of this holiday town while the cooler months offer the warmth and comfort of local bars and restaurants, movie and theatre performances. Something for all ages and interests.

This studio apartment is ideal for two, a small and well equipped kitchenette is available, there is a washing machine and laundry facilities available, and as a special extra, enjoy your own private alfresco dining area where you can take advantage of the peaceful garden views.

While this sleeps two in a queen bed, this is a STUDIO apartment. Travel cot can be organised by arrangement. Strictly no pets, no smoking and no parties permitted in this unit.

This unit is self-contained however, if you have a larger party wanting to book, there is also a one bedroom unit, listed separately but can be booked together if available. The two units share a central entrance and laundry area but each has their own private door entry making these separate apartments as required.

We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. We strongly recommend all guests secure travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to travel plans. Unless an issue arises directly from our listing, refunds will not be issued. Please contact your travel insurer for assistance with costs related to disrupted travel. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel.

As an insurance requirement, we require a photo ID and either a credit card authorization for bond or direct deposit.

Public Holiday Surcharge: Reservations from Jan 9, 2023, face a 50% cleaning fee surcharge if checking out on a public holiday.

Property Access: Guests have full access. Service personnel access may be required for maintenance, with efforts made to minimize inconvenience.

Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No discounts or refunds for maintenance issues.

Occupancy: Only confirmed guests are permitted.

Noise Detector: Ensures safety and comfort by monitoring sound levels without compromising privacy.

The apartment does not face the canals but offers a view of lovely gardens from the courtyard and bedroom window. Property is within walking distance to the water's edge in Mandurah.
