The room was very clean. The bathroom was very very cold, especially the floor which was quite uncomfortable. Great location and we made great use of the pool and hot tub. Nice looking spa, though we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there ...

Bad and wrong booking
Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.

This unit is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The unit is located on the main street at the core of the heritage area. All the landmarks are within 15 min walk. The host communicated well before and after check-in to ensure everything went well. I highly recommend this place.
