The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and is configured as 2 independent apartments, each designed for 5 people, each with its own private entrance, living room with kitchen area, bedrooms, and bathroom. The 2 units are entirely separate, with no internal connecting door between them.

Across the 4 bedrooms, sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is arranged on 2 levels and includes 1 single bed alongside 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property includes 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.

The shared living and dining areas feature a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only.
