A pleasant and spacious apartment equipped with all the amenities to accommodate up to 4 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is located in a modern condominium complex with a shared pool and offers a pleasant view of the communal garden. It’s in a semi-central and convenient location: in 20 minutes on foot or by bus, you can reach the escalator at Piazza Italia and set out from there to explore the historic center. Perugia Train Station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Parking space included!<br><br>The 90-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a freight elevator and is laid out as follows:<br><br>- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, conventional oven, toaster, and electric kettle<br>- LIVING AREA with a sofa, dining table, and TV<br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed, walk-in closet, and TV<br>- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, and a desk<br>- BATHROOM I with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br>- BATHROOM II with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: uncovered parking space in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, ceiling-mounted convector heaters for heating/air conditioning in all rooms. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br>The following facilities are shared with other guests at the property: <br>- Outdoor pool open from May to September<br>- Outdoor laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Please note: Completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment<br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br>Estat: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.<br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.<br>Perugia Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7<br><br>The cost and time slots for late check-in are as follows:<br>- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - EUR 25<br>- From 11:00 PM to midnight - EUR 30<br>- From midnight to 1:30 AM - EUR 40.<br><br>To ensure the best possible check-in experience, please let our Key Holder know your arrival time in advance.
