「It was a relief to find accommodation so close to the hospital. The staff obviously understand the stresses their clientele often have when visiting sick friends and relatives. the 24 hour reception desk makes it easy to come and go too. very happy to come here again.」

「Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great 」

「The room was clean and tidy. I have previously as a silver member with Expedia, been able to upgrade if there is a room available with no extra cost. This was not available which would have been nice as I have had these upgrades through other bookings with Expedia. It was still a very enjoyable visit and I would rebook here again.」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」

「This place surprised me. It had 3 pools throughout the property. There was a gym and kiosk at reception. The main pool was located a reception and short walk through the complex. It was heated and quite large. There was a massive secure underground carpark which had left access to the block where your unit is located. The unit we stayed in was styled beautifully and had comfortable and good sized lounge chairs. There was a coffee pod machine which was a bonus. It’s located just across the road...

「Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.」
