“Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning.……

“The hotel is convenient as it is located near the city centre and a metro station. We went to Budapest in August when the weather could go up to 40°C. However, there was no air-con in the room, but only a fan. We tried opening the window, but failed. The room was really hot.
